PROKORIAKOVA
CAPITAL
Science & Technology consolidates Prokoriakova Capital’s research, defense, energy, and applied-technology interests through a network of specialized subsidiaries operating across experimental, industrial, and strategic sectors.
The division includes Sterling Biologicals, focused on restricted biotechnological research and biological systems; Nimda Dynamics, dedicated to defense technologies, autonomous hardware, and tactical infrastructure; Nimda France, which oversees European development, cultural-technical partnerships, and regional operations; and the Nimda Petroleum Institute, responsible for energy research, extraction intelligence, and fossil-fuel & data systems.
Operating across laboratories, industrial facilities, simulation environments, and remote infrastructures, the division develops technologies that move between civilian, military, and speculative applications. Its projects range from behavioral modeling and synthetic environments to logistics systems, resource extraction, automation, and advanced sensing technologies. Rather than separating scientific research from geopolitical infrastructure, Science & Technology approaches both as interconnected systems that continuously reshape one another.
The division also maintains a long-term interest in uncertainty, crisis response, and technological adaptation. Through decentralized research structures and cross-disciplinary collaborations, its subsidiaries investigate how biological, energetic, informational, and territorial systems can be monitored, simulated, stabilized, or strategically redirected. This framework positions Science & Technology not only as an industrial division, but as a broader operational architecture for managing complex planetary conditions.
