Manifesto

Prokoriakova Capital operates as a distributed infrastructure holding focused on systems capable of shaping perception, territory, information, and behavior.

Its divisions function across architecture, software, simulation, media, autonomous entertainment, biotechnology, and culture. Founded by Russian venture capitalist and oligarch Mrs. Prokoriakova, the firm is led by CEO Sergei Volkov, and chaired by Alonso Cedillo, engaging with frontier sectors where technological transformation intersects with geopolitical complexity.

Our strategy is anchored in asymmetrical growth, identifying environments in which opacity and timing define advantage, using digital twins, simulations , and infrastructure as active forces capable of producing real-world effects.

Visibility is not required for operation.

The Prokoriakova Foundation

For the time being, and until further notice, the Prokoriakova Collection and the Prokoriakova Foundation remain closed due to an ongoing legal dispute.

Currently, only 8 out of more than 150 art and antiquities, and 76 out of over 1500 books, remain under the custody of Prokoriakova Capital.

The collection will remain inaccessible until a formal resolution between the involved parties is reached.
